As a CS-DOC Operation Ekspor Import, your daily tasks will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, including customers, shipping agents, and customs authorities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with customers, shipping agents, and customs authorities to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.
• Prepare and process all necessary documentation for export and import shipments, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulations, including customs laws and trade agreements.
• Track and manage the status of shipments, providing regular updates to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the shipping department to schedule and arrange for the transportation of goods.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all shipments and related documentation.
• Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the shipment process.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in logistics and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or a related field, with a focus on export and import operations.
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and shipping documentation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with logistics management software, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
