📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Drafting, negotiating, and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Providing legal advice and guidance to business units on compliance matters
- Conducting legal research and analysis to support decision-making processes
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Assisting in the development and implementation of legal policies and procedures
- Representing the company in legal matters and negotiations
- Ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of legal documentation and reporting
- Staying up-to-date with legal developments and trends in the agribusiness sector
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in legal practice, with a focus on contracts and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian legal system and regulations
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with legal software and tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Certification in legal compliance or a related field is a plus
