📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the entire order lifecycle, from initial customer inquiry to final delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient fulfillment of orders.
• Leverage advanced order management systems such as SAP and JDA to track and manage orders.
• Analyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with global teams to streamline processes and improve logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in order management or a similar role in logistics and supply chain.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing the entire order lifecycle.
• Strong knowledge of order management systems such as SAP and JDA.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Leadership and mentorship skills.
