📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and customize corporate and leisure travel itineraries for clients, ensuring they meet specific needs and preferences
• Book and manage flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and activities using travel planning software like TripIt and Google Flights
• Coordinate with local suppliers and service providers to secure the best rates and services
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel planning process
• Stay up-to-date with the latest travel trends and industry developments to offer innovative and unique travel experiences
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote travel packages and special offers
• Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct regular follow-ups and provide post-travel feedback to continuously improve services

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting, corporate travel management, or a similar role
• Proven track record of success in designing and executing travel itineraries
• Excellent knowledge of travel planning software, including TripIt, Google Flights, and other industry-standard tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must
