As a Business Development Executive at Manggis Chicken Farm, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and market expansion. You will work with our sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that our business objectives are met and exceeded.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and market expansion.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that business objectives are met and exceeded.
• Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.
• Manage and track business development projects from inception to completion.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends to ensure that our business development strategies are effective and competitive.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Strong understanding of the poultry industry and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
