As an Environmental & Sustainability Compliance Executive at Central Palm Oil Mill, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute environmental and sustainability initiatives. You will monitor and report on our environmental performance, conduct audits, and provide training to our employees on environmental and sustainability best practices. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement environmental and sustainability programs to ensure compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
• Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Conduct internal and external audits to assess compliance with environmental and sustainability standards.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on environmental and sustainability best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate environmental and sustainability considerations into all aspects of our operations.
• Stay updated on the latest environmental and sustainability trends and regulations, and incorporate new developments into our programs.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote our commitment to sustainability.
• Work with external consultants and stakeholders to ensure our environmental and sustainability initiatives are effective and aligned with best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental and sustainability compliance, with a focus on the palm oil industry.
• Certification in environmental management systems (e.g., ISO 14001) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards in Indonesia and internationally.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using environmental management software such as SAP EHS, EnviroInsite, or similar tools.
• Experience in conducting environmental audits and assessments.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
