📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.
• Coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to streamline logistics processes and improve overall performance.
• Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle maintenance schedules, and insurance policies to ensure compliance and cost efficiency.
• Use fleet management software such as Geotab or Fleetio to track vehicle performance and generate reports.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of drivers and other stakeholders.
• Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the operations team to optimize routes and schedules for maximum efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and transport management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Certification in Fleet Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab or Fleetio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
