Assistant Store Manager (Contract)

• Support the Store Manager in driving operational excellence and ensuring compliance with company standards
• Manage daily store operations, including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Use POS and inventory management software to track sales, manage stock levels, and analyze performance metrics
• Implement sales strategies and ensure that stores meet all company standards for cleanliness, merchandising, and customer service
• Monitor and report on store performance, including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and inventory turnover
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Assist in the development and implementation of store-specific initiatives to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our stores remain competitive and attractive to customers

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service
• Proficient in using POS and inventory management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
