📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide personalized health coaching sessions to clients, focusing on nutrition, exercise, and lifestyle changes.
• Develop and implement customized wellness plans using tools like MyFitnessPal and Apple Health.
• Educate clients on evidence-based health principles and best practices.
• Monitor client progress and adjust coaching strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with PERSOL’s team to ensure seamless integration of health coaching into overall wellness programs.
• Stay updated with the latest health trends and industry best practices.
• Conduct workshops and seminars to promote health awareness.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Certified Health Coach certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, or ISSA).
• 2-5 years of experience in health coaching or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of nutrition, exercise, and wellness principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Proficiency in using health coaching software and tools.
• Familiarity with Bali’s culture and health landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health, Nutrition, Exercise Science, or a related field.
