📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the implementation of national and provincial programs, ensuring alignment with government policies and strategic objectives.
• Manage and coordinate large-scale projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
• Monitor program performance, collect and analyze data, and report on program outcomes to stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and local communities.
• Ensure compliance with national and provincial regulations and guidelines.
• Lead and mentor a team of program officers and support staff.
• Represent the Provincial Government of Bangka Belitung Islands at national and international forums and events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in program delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, project coordination, or a similar role in the government or non-profit sector.
• Strong knowledge of national and provincial policies, regulations, and guidelines related to program implementation.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering large-scale programs and projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex information to stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in program management, project management, or a related field is a plus.
