📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with international standards and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and address potential risks and hazards.
• Investigate and report on incidents, near-misses, and accidents, and recommend corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of HSSE programs and initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Provide training and guidance to employees on HSSE best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HSSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of our operations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HSSE trends, regulations, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to our operations.
• Act as a point of contact for HSSE matters, and provide expert advice and support to employees and management as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in driving HSSE excellence.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and regulations, such as ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, and relevant local laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in using MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with HSSE management systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues.
