📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage procurement processes, including tendering, contract negotiation, and vendor management.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and best practices.
  • Support project teams in identifying procurement needs and developing procurement strategies.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors, ensuring value for money and quality.
  • Monitor and report on procurement activities, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on procurement-related matters.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the public sector or ICT/Policy sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient in using procurement software and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; local language skills are a plus.
