As a Lead/Senior Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes, designing and implementing robust systems, and ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and innovation. This role offers a competitive salary of Rp 35,000,000 - Rp 55,000,000 per month, along with a dynamic work environment and the chance to work on exciting projects that have a real impact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document complex business processes to identify system requirements.
• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-wide systems using tools like SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Lead a team of analysts and developers to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in systems analysis and design, with a strong background in enterprise systems.
• Certifications in SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics are a plus.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and Java.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
