As a General Accounting Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments. You'll work closely with our finance team, using tools like QuickBooks and Excel, to support our financial operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and reconcile Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions
• Maintain accurate financial records and reports
• Prepare and submit invoices and payment requests
• Ensure timely payment of bills and collection of receivables
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements
• Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fresh graduate in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
