• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
• Provide tailored insurance solutions that align with Sharia principles to meet the needs of bank partners.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Provide training and support to bank representatives to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of insurance products into bank offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to provide compliant and innovative solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in bancassurance or a similar role in the insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of Sharia finance principles and regulations.
• Proficient in using sales and CRM tools such as Salesforce, SAP, or similar.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
