📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our recovery services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and outreach.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
• Support the sales team by providing market insights and lead generation.
• Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing and business development.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless execution of marketing and business development initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in the wellness or recovery industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
