Our office is located in the vibrant city of Denpasar, Bali, and we serve clients across various locations including Canggu, Ubud, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, and Kuta. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

Creating detailed technical drawings and specifications for structural and civil construction projects using AutoCAD and other relevant software.
Preparing accurate cost estimates and material take-offs for construction projects.
Collaborating with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure that project plans are feasible and meet client requirements.
Reviewing and approving construction documents to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Providing technical support and guidance to field teams during construction.
Monitoring project progress and making adjustments as needed to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
Maintaining and updating project files and records.
Participating in site inspections and quality control activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in drafting and estimating for construction projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant drafting software.
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and cost estimation techniques.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
