In this role, you will use tools like SQL, Tableau, and Python to extract, transform, and visualize data. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our data analysis supports our overall business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze debt collection data to identify trends and patterns that can improve collection efficiency.
• Develop and maintain data models and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, and other data visualization tools.
• Create reports and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the collection team to implement data-driven strategies for debt recovery.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of collection efforts using key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analysis.
• Assist in the development of predictive models to forecast collection outcomes.
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis support to various departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in the financial or collection sector.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with debt collection processes and methodologies.
• Certification in data analysis or related fields is a plus.
