As an Import & Customs Specialist, you'll work closely with our team to handle all aspects of import documentation, coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners, and ensure that our operations run smoothly and efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize import processes, including documentation, customs clearance, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth import operations.
• Monitor and report on import activities, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations, trade policies, and industry standards.
• Provide training and support to team members on import-export procedures and customs compliance.
• Collaborate with the finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate and timely handling of import-related financial transactions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of import strategies to support the company's business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to import operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in import and customs operations, preferably in the manufacturing and logistics sector.
• Strong knowledge of import-export procedures, customs regulations, and trade compliance.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid customs clearance certificate or equivalent certification is a plus.
