One Life Group is seeking a dedicated Training Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and performance.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Coordinate with department heads and managers to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training sessions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the planning and execution of team-building activities and workshops.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate environment.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.,Certification in training and development (e.g., Certified Professional in Learning and Performance - CPLP) is a plus.
