Nailtropics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Purchasing Officer to join our team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for strategic sourcing, procurement, and supplier management to ensure the smooth operation of our supply chain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in purchasing, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the beauty and wellness industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.,Manage supplier relationships, including negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.,Oversee inventory management and ensure timely delivery of materials and products.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with overall business objectives.,Monitor and analyze procurement metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the beauty or wellness industry.,Proven track record of successful supplier relationship management and negotiation.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.
