📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees and customers, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, networks, and other IT infrastructure.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of our systems.,Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices and new technologies.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of our IT systems.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are secure and efficient.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking technologies.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with IT security best practices and procedures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and independently.
