Tanggung Jawab:
Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive growth and increase market share.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and other key stakeholders.Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively.Oversee the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, and events.Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.Provide leadership and guidance to the sales and marketing teams.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the FMCG Beverage industry.Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and increasing market share.Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.🛠️ Keahlian
