As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction in our retail stores. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting sales transactions and providing excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and revenue.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.,Assisting in inventory management and ensuring that stock levels are adequate and well-organized.,Providing accurate and timely information to customers about products and services.,Participating in store events and promotions to drive sales and engagement.,Collaborating with the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Providing feedback on customer needs and preferences to help improve products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets.,Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies to drive sales and revenue.,Familiarity with retail software and systems to manage inventory and sales data.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets and objectives.,Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
