📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety standards, as well as local regulations and guidelines.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product quality.,Monitor sales performance and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proven ability to manage staff and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as local laws and guidelines.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
