📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff, including chefs, servers, and support staff.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to optimize costs and ensure food availability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in staff training and development programs.,Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and sanitation (e.g., ServSafe) is a plus.
