Define and execute the product vision and strategy for Treasury products, ensuring alignment with Stripe's overall goals and customer needs.,Work closely with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver high-quality products that meet customer requirements and business objectives.,Conduct market research and customer interviews to gather insights and inform product decisions.,Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.,Monitor product performance and user feedback, and iterate on products based on data and customer insights.,Partner with leadership to drive the growth and profitability of Treasury products.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

5+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology or financial services company.,Proven track record of delivering successful products and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of financial products and services, including treasury management and cash flow optimization.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Analytical mindset and ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform product decisions.,Experience with agile development methodologies and a customer-centric approach to product management.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
