📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the tax compliance process for the organization.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation and filing of tax returns.,Provide tax advice and guidance to the organization and employees.,Monitor and analyze tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance.,Prepare and present tax reports to management and stakeholders.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.,Train and mentor junior tax staff on tax procedures and best practices.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Taxation, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
