📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.,Manage and mentor a team of store staff to enhance their performance and development.,Implement and monitor sales and marketing strategies to drive store revenue growth.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality products.,Monitor store inventory levels and implement effective inventory management systems.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure the store is clean, well-maintained, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role within the café or coffee industry.,Proven track record of managing a team and driving store performance.,Strong understanding of inventory management and sales strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
