📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Greet guests and visitors with a warm and professional manner.
• Answer and direct inquiries about the company, services, and facilities.
• Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
• Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the best of your ability.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
