📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.,Answer and direct inquiries about the company, services, and facilities.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures for guests and visitors.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the best of your ability.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and activities.,Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling appointments and managing calendars.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office.,Friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle various tasks with a smile.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
