As a Deputy Field Sales, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field sales team, ensuring efficient and effective distribution of our products to healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for healthcare.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Field Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the pharmaceutical market.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare providers, including hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.,Support the field sales team in managing inventory and ensuring timely delivery of products.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the management team.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge of pharmaceutical products.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.,Provide excellent customer service and support to healthcare providers, addressing their needs and concerns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.,Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and market dynamics.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
