You will work closely with the Head Cook to maintain high standards in food preparation and presentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Cook in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Ensure that all food is prepared and cooked to the required quality and safety standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.,Keep accurate records of food usage and inventory.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Participate in regular staff meetings and contribute to the development of kitchen policies and procedures.,Ensure that all food is presented in an appealing and attractive manner.,Work efficiently and effectively to meet the demands of the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine and cooking techniques.,Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Possession of a valid food handler's certificate.
