• Develop and implement marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition and retention
• Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
• Manage digital marketing channels, including the company website, social media, and email marketing
• Develop and manage content marketing strategy, including blog posts, white papers, and case studies
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with the product team to develop marketing materials that effectively communicate the value of our talent solutions

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing and business development

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing and business development, with a proven track record of success
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, and social media marketing
• Experience with content marketing and copywriting
• Proficient in using marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Eloqua
