📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the supervision and coordination of team activities.,Monitor and evaluate team performance to ensure targets are met.,Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain accurate records of team activities and performance metrics.,Conduct regular meetings and provide feedback to team members.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs.,Support the supervisor in managing team schedules and workloads.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or production environment is a plus.,Familiarity with quality control and process improvement methodologies.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
