📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Pastry Chef in preparing and baking a variety of pastries.,Ensure all pastries meet quality standards and are presented attractively.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.,Follow and adhere to all health and safety regulations.,Assist in inventory management and ordering of ingredients.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new recipes.,Keep up-to-date with the latest baking techniques and trends.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of producing high-quality pastries.,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.,Basic understanding of kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
