📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to team members.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company and build business relationships.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent negotiation and customer service skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
