📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Process payroll and manage employee benefits.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to management.,Manage accounts payable and receivable.,Prepare and file tax returns.,Assist in budgeting and financial planning.,Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a healthcare or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English is a plus.

🛠️ Keahlian

Accounting software proficiency (e.g.QuickBooksSAPOracle).Knowledge of financial regulations and standards.Strong attention to detail.Time management skills.Basic understanding of healthcare finance.
