📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Source, screen, and interview candidates to fill various positions within the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the right candidates are selected.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various recruitment tools and software, such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and ATS systems, to streamline the hiring process.
