📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire clinical study process, including protocol development, patient recruitment, and data collection.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care and data integrity.
• Conduct site visits and monitor study progress to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with researchers and data analysts to ensure accurate and timely data analysis.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory agencies and pharmaceutical companies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in medical research and regulatory requirements.
• Provide guidance and support to study staff to ensure the smooth conduct of clinical studies.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of clinical studies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Medical degree (MD) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in a relevant medical specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Oncology).
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical practice experience.
• Experience in clinical research, preferably in regulatory affairs or clinical operations.
• Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
